Traditional Booster Club Member
Booster Club Membership is intended for families with children participating in Burnet County 4H groups or Burnet County FFA chapters with projects to show at the Burnet County Livestock Show. This membership entitles member’s children to financial support from the MFAABC, upon selling a project in the Burnet County Livestock Show auction and if membership requirements have been met. Members are required to attend 50% of meetings and participate in 100% of fundraisers during the fiscal year (February – January). Members who do not fulfill membership requirements may be penalized up to 50% deduction (25% for meetings and 25% for fundraisers) from their financial support at the sale. Members that do not participate, and only submit membership dues, will only receive financial support up to that amount.
*First time members who join 4H/FFA in August 1st – October 1st will be entitled to 50% of financial support. Families joining after October 1st will not be entitled to financial support for the current year.
Honorary Booster Club Member
Honorary membership is intended for those that do not have children participating in a local 4H or FFA and the Burnet County Livestock Show, but want to be active members of the club. Members are entitled to voting rights at meetings and participation in fundraisers (selling tickets). Honorary membership does not include any financial support provided by the MFAABC.
